The development of hardware landscape in electronics industry has been immense in terms of research. Due to this development, emerged the need for a flexible processor with a variable hardware structure programmable according to user applications over the conventional processors. This requirement of hardware led to the inception of a new segment of customer-configurable field programmable integrated circuits called Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs). Speedchip is optimized FPGA chiplets for embedding in advanced System-in-Package (SiP) solutions via organic substrate; Speedster22i is high-performance and high-density FPGAs with embedded system IP for communication applications including 10G/100G ethernet. PCIe Accelerator is a high memory bandwidth, FPGA-based PCIe add-in card for high-speed acceleration applications. All of Achronix products are supported by Achronix’s robust and proven Achronix CAD Environment (ACE) design tools which work in conjunction with industry-standard synthesis tools.

The recent release Speedster7t meets the growing demands of Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning (AI/ML) and high-bandwidth data acceleration applications. “The Speedster7t family is the fusion of flexible FPGA technology with ASIC core efficiency to deliver a new “FPGA+” class of chips that truly push the boundaries of HPC acceleration,” remarks Blake.
